Extending CF PoP.
Is there anyway to extend CFPoP to support additional encoding types?
I am getting ' java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: iso-3979-1. '
Could this be achieved by updating JavaMail?
I am assuming that CFPoP uses javamail.
Thanks
Ricardo.

Re: Extending CF PoP.
yes but it's not trivial. you'd have to essentially replace cfpop w/your own code.

> ' java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: iso-3979-1. ' Encodings like this
are typical of spam... not really an encoding and is designed to help muddy the
waters when passing a set of headers through a spam filter. Generally,
encodings like this are usually US-ASCII so no transformation is required to
make the content readable. I sell a couple of CFX tags for Windows to replace
CFPOP and they dont suffer from this issue.
