I have just installed the latest version of extension manager. But when try to
open it I get a runtime error. Error details

NB: I have seen solutions discussed for Mac OS but not Windows (XP)

I get nothing at all. The "Manage Extensions" item on the help menu doesn't
show up - it's greyed out. I restarted Dreamweaver, but still no luck. It
didn't say what version of DW it was for - I'm using MX (what's the deal with
Macromedia updating so often that your program is out of date almost right
away, anyway? That's another topic, though.).

Any clues out there?
