There are a couple of shareware items. Doug Habben’s Scoop_X is available at <http://share.studio.adobe.com/>. It collects fonts as well as images.
But probably the easiest methoed is to save your Illustrator file as a PDF, then open Photoshop and go to File - Import - PDF Images.
