I'm trying to find some software (free, shareware, or commercial) that
extract the first page of a PDF (whether it's an image or not) and
render it as an image. Doing it automatically to a several PDFs at
once would be a plus. I'm building an index of my PDFs in MS Access
and I'd like to include a small image of the first page or cover. The
format of the image is not important; I have the tools to convert
pretty much any image format to the JPG format I prefer.
