Extract won't open in Photoshop 7.01
Hi everyone!
Am using Windows XPPro with SP1 update. When I select Extract the adobe windows are greyed outm,frozen and the Extract window does not open. Can move cursor but can't select anything and can only restart by pressing ESC key. Have searched FAQ but have not found a solution - anyboddy tell me what to do please.
