fade effect
Hi Guys,
I am still getting to grips with fireworks, not being an arty person-more
technical, and have a question. I am creating a banner and i want to start
off being green but by at the bottom of the banner, about 200pixels the
green would have faded into white.
Is this possible and how can i achieve it?

Re: fade effect
Mark:
This can be accomplished using a linear gradient.
- Select your rectangle
- In the Tool Panel > Click on the FILL color
- Click FILL OPTIONS
- Choose GRADIENT > LINEAR
You now have a basic linear gradient.
