failed to create empty document?

"Failed to create empty document. Read write access deinied."

I get this error quite often when exporting to JPG. Sometimes it works when
i restart FH - sometimes it works when i export to PNG instead. I get this
in both 10 & MX.

The location i am exporting to is definitely NOT write protected. This is
really making my blood boil.

What platform/OS?

Are you writing to your local hard drive or to a remote server? Previous
version of FH have had trouble keeping track of files written to remote
servers. Perhaps the problem persists.
