'Failed' to distill (Q3.3, Distiller 5.0.5 in Classic on 10.4.8)
Long story made short: this combo worked fine on 10.3.9 until that machine died. Replaced with another machine that has Tiger 10.4.8 on it.
Now when PDFing from Quark 3.3 it produces PostScript files as usual but when dropping onto Distiller 5.0.5 it almost instantly says 'Failed' but the progress bars continue until finished but no PDF is produced.
Any ideas? TIA.

Turn off page thumbnails and page optimization.
