Failed to Export PDF

I have a twelve page 4/4 CMYK catalog ready to go. When I attempt to export to PDF V6 Press, I am getting a "Failed to Export to PDF" error message. When working on the file earlier, I experienced the same problem and exported the pages one at a time to isolate the problem. I had one large graphic composed of six PS CS images grouped on the page that I found to be giving me the problem. I ungrouped them and the export ran fine.

Now I am experiencing the same problem again with another page which has three placed AI CS files some non-outlined text in ID and a table plus one line of outlined ID text. I have ungrouped, rearranged and scratched my head and still get the same error.

Computer is Toshiba Laptop. 2.8 P4, 1 gig ram.
