false already editing on another computer message

I am the admin of a site. The user (there is only 1) can't edit because he got
a message "you are already editing it on another computer" and it says to
contact me. I do not have any drafts open in this site -- have checked the
drafts manager (which I think isn't always accurate). The user hasn't worked
on another computer. How do I clear it so he can work?

Hi,

Browse to the folder on the server that has the webpage that the user can't
edit. verify for any <filename>.LCK. If present delete the same and then the
user will be able to edit the page.
