We are currently looking for a talented fcs developer that can create a
chatroom AV, the chatroom will he integrated to php/mysql website (already
developed), user can login and user the chatroom.
User clicks on chatroom, can see the different rooms, see the different users
online with, if they have video/audio enabled.
When the pick a user the can hear or see what he is broadcasting from his
webcam.

A second component is needed where users can record a video, and save it.
Users have a personnel page, with pictures, description, and we need to add a
video that each user can record with his webcam and save.

Similar work is required. We had a very bad experience with the previous 2
developers that worked with us, disappear, never finishes....

We have few other websites we are working on, so if we have pleasant
experience this can lead to other projects.
