File Attachment Removal - Windows Setup, Administration & Security

Anybody, Many times I get file attachments that have been removed by the OE. I know that some of these attachments are not unsafe. How can I get my computer/Outlook Express to allow these attachments to be received. Thanks, Bob...

    Bob;
    Outlook Express:
    Open Outlook Express.
    Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
    Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
    This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
    other bad code being received with attachments.
    It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
    least weekly.
