Files display upside down!
I design packaging artworks; Part of my workflow is to produce EPS artworks for the printer in AICS1, then distill these to PDF for a proofing copy.
Trouble is, every now and then, the distilled PDF displays upside down!
There is no common element to cause this, and rotating 180 degrees and 'Save as...' won't correct it either; It just displays upside down again.
Oh, and this happens in Preview, too.
Can anyone shed any light on this bug?
(Creative Suite 1, AI EPS v.10, all fonts embedded, colour profile embedded, Acrobat 5/PDF 1.4 compatibility, OSX10.3.9)
Cheers, Lee.

Re: Files display upside down!
What happens when you save as a PDF out of Illustrator?
Or when you print to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer?

Re: Files display upside down!
There is a distiller setting you can try- under settings-edit settings-general-auto rotate pages. (try turning this off) I am using distiller 7.0.

Re: Files display upside down!
In Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro... In the HELP field, search for "ROTATE" and select "ROTATE PAGES", then save.
