FileZilla need help?

Hello, i have kinda jumped in to the deep end as i dont know alot about setting
up a website but i have built one anyway. Now that i have finnished my site i
wanted to upload it to a host. Iam trying to use filezilla to do this but i
dont have a clue how it works, i already have a username, password and an
address to upload to. just not sure how to do it? can anyone offer me any
advice on this or point me in the right direction? thanks, faltline
