The only people who can put it right are the people who created the form. Go back to the form creators and tell them their form is incorrectly coded for how you're tryng to use it.

I just disable javascript when needing to work with that form, and then turn it back on when I am done. you lose some of the features of the form, but you don't lose your previously saved data. Not perfect, but the best I could find.
