Default fills using InDesignCS and windows XP

is there a cache of fills for InDesignCS? I particularly liked several fills in PageMaker and found it handy to select one of them for a quick fix; this seems easier than constructing a graphic and importing it in CS, a pattern maker would be a quick fix too
