Fireworks/Dreamweaver help - Macromedia Fireworks

This is somewhat of a Dreamweaver/Firewworks combo question. I typically create navigational elements in Fireworks with javascript enabled roll over buttons, etc. Then I will export them as HTML and insert them into pages from within Dreamweaver, pretty basic stuff. Here is my question. When I change something in one of these HTML elements in Fireworks, and then re-export that Fireworks HTML by replacing the old one in the site folder, it seems like Dreamweaver does not automatically replace the Fireworks elements across all the pages of a site. I may be making this sound more complicated than it is. ...

In case I am not explaining this very well, here is my example. I am doing a web site for a group which frequently likes to add "buttons" to a navigational element on the site. If I go into Forewroks and add a button, and then replace the old Firework-generated HTML in the site folder with this newer version, it seems that I have to go through every page manually in Dreamweaver to delete and re-insert the newer version. If I don't Dreamweaver seems to keep the HTML of the old Fireworks element. I assume there must be some quick way to repopulate this element site-wide.

Thanks for any help. Sorry if this is long winded.

    Hi, Haas!
I think probably the easiest way to tackle this is to build your first page structure and save it as a DW template, with an editable region for changeable content. Then you only need to change the template and all pages based on that design will automatically change!
