fireworks pop-up menus and frames - Macromedia Fireworks

Hi all, not sure whether this is a Fireworks or dreamweaver question. Is there anyway to create a pop-up menu in Fireworks that when used within a frameset it goes over the frame border. for example I have a top frame that is 122 pixels high. I want to use a fireworks pop-up menu, but you can't see the drop-downs because of the height of the frame. Don't really want to extend the frame as it will be too big. Anyway of getting round this? I'm using FW MX2004 and DW MX2004. any help appreciated. thanks Lisa...
