    Can you give us more details of your machine? What OS are you in? Version of
    Fireworks? Ram etc...

    Default Fireworks uninstall problem

    Lately, when I try to run Fireworks, it freezes up my system. I was going to
    uninstall it and reinstall it but when I try to uninstall, I get a message
    that an error occured when launching the set up. Any ideas on how I can fix
    this?

    I am on Win98 using Fireworks MX. I have been using it for months and just
    started having trouble.

    Hello,

    We have a general Windows Troubleshooting TechNote you can refer to that
    might help us narrow down the system crashes you are experiencing.
    Particulary, I want you to try reinstalling the application in Safe Mode or
    VGA mode of Windows. Please go over the Dreamweaver TechNote below:

    Note: This Dreamweaver TechNote is applicable to any application.
