Fitting an image to the artboard dimensions
Is there an easy way to take an image (image file) and fit it to your art board without visually scaling etc. I know Photoshop has the option and After effects has "control F" to fit the image easily and to scale. Does Illustrator CS have anything like this. Thanks.

Illustrator CS has "Fit to Page" in the Print Dialog box in the General section.
