Hi - got the same problem
I went trhough the tutorial, but have some questions:
When it talked about 'balloon cell', and wrote "I have a small graphic to fill the space under the logo to prevent the navigation bar from moving into that area,
so I put it into the left cell"
Do you really create a small transparant graphic and insert it into the table cell so that it won't expand back and forth ?
But if you put a graphic already, how can we put text in that cell ?

Sorry for such a novice question - I am just beginning to learn Dreamweaver
