Flash 9 kinda works...
I have Firefox at home and Portable Firefox on my jump drive. Both of them
have Flash 9. Problem is, on my home machine (XP SP2) I can't play any Flash
games with either versions. The game starts fine, but very soon cuts to about
half speed. I right-click and check properties, then o.k. out and the game
runs at normal speed for about two seconds before cutting back to half.
The thing is, on my computer at work, I can use my Portable Firefox just fine,
no slowdowns at all. I would assume this is a problem with something installed
on my home machine, but the only thing I can think of is my video card. Does
Flash 9 have issues with nVidia cards?
