Flash Developer Sought

We are looking for a Flash Studio designer/programmer to build a graphic
based site which is both unique and has the potential to become (without
exaggeration) the next google or icq. A complete tech spec, site mockup and
over 300 pages of use cases have been prepared to guide development. Most
of the initial graphics and all the business logic requirements have already
been created. An additional database programmer/admin can be hired
separately from the outset or later on if the first hire is suitably
proficient.

Based on a thorough reading of "Building Dynamic Web sites with Flash Studio
MX" the technological requirements are relatively straight forward at the
outset but then offer a great deal of opportunity to stretch industry
boundaries as new features are added.

Initial work will more than likely lead into a full time salaried position.
Ideally the candidate would live near Vancouver, Canada and be able to work
out of one our offices. However, as relocation expenses and a work visa can
be provided at the time a salaried position is offered, even more important
than geography is the foremost qualification that he/she be at the leading
edge of their profession as well as able to become very passionate about
building an exciting project into a very exciting business (through which
they will also be able to grow their reputation as the site already has the
involvement of a number of well known international businesspeople and will
become extremely high profile over the next 6 months).
