Flash failing in dynamic call, settings wrong? - Coldfusion Server Administration

I am working with a university that is using Windows servers and Cold Fusion. Flash works on their site on frame pages and when called directly, but not when called into another page with a fuse action. Non-working: http://dev-my.alfred.edu/index.cfm/fuseaction/dining.hayley.cfm Working. Default Flash failing in dynamic call, settings wrong?

I am working with a university that is using Windows servers and Cold
Fusion. Flash works on their site on frame pages and when called directly,
but not when called into another page with a fuse action.
Non-working:

Working.

The swf was output as Flashpaper from Mac Word, but that shouldn't matter,
afaik.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Tried this but it didn't help.

Check the wildcard mapping for Jrun.dll under the configuration tab for the site settings. Make sure it is not set to "Verify if file exists".

Thank you. I have sent your note to the admin to see if they can figure it
out and if it is the fix.
