    Default flash file import issue

Hi- I am trying to import a MX file to 9.
I can bring in the file but when I double click the imported file within the
cast I was expecting the 'flashasset properties' box
Instead I get taken to the source .fla "editing director from flash"
I want to edit from director, not get taken out of the import- any ideas

Default Re: flash file import issue

    Hi,

You actually came across the roundtrip editing feature of Director MX. If
you wish to launch the Flash Asset Properties Window when the swf member is
double-clicked, then you need to set the editor prefs of Flash to
    "internal". Edit > Preferences.
