Flash file not appearing in projector, help!!

I made a director movie and have used some flash (.swf files) in there. i have a button that, when clicked, opens another director movie which contains the .swf file. Its been working fine when i played it in director, but i've just tested it with a projector file and it gives me the following error when i click on the button...

"This application requires an Xtra (Flash Movie...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras fodler(s)."

the flash file is missing but the text in that movie apears.
i have no idea about xtras or what to do. how do i sort this out?

when you import a Flash file it runs using the Flash Xtra (as does everything else) ... if you did not embed the the Flash Xtra and/or Flash Asset (usually default) then it has to be included in the Xtras folder along with your project.

how do i make hyperlinks to webpages and email addresses? i know its something really easy and simple, i can't find an option for it though!

fyi just in case you'd like it, there is detailed info on xtras and how to properly handle them in movies/projectors etc., in the post a page or so back called, "Stubs, MIAWs and xtras".......
