flash interact within director? - Macromedia Director 3D

Anyway.. the answer is yes. You have to make a getURL action within Flash with this ActionScript: --this AS makes Director go to frame 30 lingo: go to 30 or --this AS calls the handler called turnOffSound placed in a movie script of Director event: turnOffSound HTH, -- Agustín María Rodríguez | agustinOnWine.com.ar | www.OnWine.com.ar...

Hi, Frank. This kind of question would be better suited for
macromedia.director.lingo. Anyway.. the answer is yes. You have to make
a getURL action within Flash with this ActionScript:

--this AS makes Director go to frame 30
lingo: go to 30

or

--this AS calls the handler called turnOffSound placed in a movie script
of Director

event: turnOffSound

That´s a Flash action. You have to put this code in a Flash button:

on (release) {
getURL("event: hideModel");
}

Then, you have to get that event from Flash in Director:

on hideModel

theModel = member(1, 1).model("Controller")

theModel.visibility = #none

go to frame 2

end

For further info, take a look at the technotes on Macromedia.com
