Flash into HTML
:confused; Ok so i'm trying to create a site that has a table across the very
top that will contain flash I just want it to be simple but I don't know what I
need to do I have Flash 8 but i'm wondering if I just create a flash app. and
then insert the doc. into the table or what? That's all I got for now.

You don't say if you are using Dreamweaver. If you are, go to the INSERT menu and choose MEDIA>FLASH then browse to your .swf file and click 'ok'
