Flash intro issue
Hiya I used to have a flash intro on my index.html page, this created a few
problems when working with contribute I have read of a few fixes which I
may or may not get to.. so instead I have deleted the flash intro and set
index.html to read the new main page instead.
The problem Im having is that now when I try editing the index.html page it
views fine in the window pane but when I click edit it still brings up the
white page that I assume is the flash content from the previous flash
intro.
I am using contribute 3
I have cleared all the cache from all my browsers
I have deleted my connection and made new connections many times
I have deleted all locked and draft files.
Is there a internal cache issie with contribute I'm not aware of?
I can manually edit and upload Via FTP but the whole purpose is to use
contribute so the customer can make small changes for themselves however at
this point I cannot get contribute to work with the index page.. the other
pages edit fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated please excuse me if this has allready been
posted I did try searching and did not find any relevant information about
this particular issue.
