Default Flash Layering

I am developing a dogear ad. http://www.utahcityguide.com/new/index.asp
It works well and good, but any other flash elements on the page show through,
even though it has a z-layer of 1000. If I don't set WMODE to transparent, it
works fine, but I need it to be.. Any ideas as to what to do here? The other
swf's are loaded via an ad rotation, and most are advertising.com and such, so
I have no control over their attributes. Any ideas on how to ensure the flash
rollout stays above the other swf's while preserving a transparent background?

TIA-

Put your entire Flash/swf lot into a blank flash file of the dimension you
want to display it as, and load the new swf file created by the flash file.
(Bsically embed your current swf into a new one so you have seperate controls)
Does that help?
