Flash Longjump Game
Check out the progress I've made:
http://www.ballpointpress.com/longjump/game27.html
Let me know if you like it, anything I can improve. Bear in mind I'm still
just doing the functionality. Once everything works right I'll do real
graphics.
TIA

So many people are saying that. I'm going to stick to my guns and keep it as
the arrow key. Most people who say that seem to think you have to use one
hand to play the game they way I've set it up. Use one hand on each arrow
key.
I'll have an intro animation showing the controls with an illustration of
the best hand position. The way I intend people to play, reaching for the
space bar doesn't work as well as the arrow key.
Also, I'm trying to emulate the old 80's arcade game, and moving from
left-right to up-arrow is much more reminiscent of that than slapping a big
ol' space bar.
