Default FLASH MX mouse clicks in Director

Hi, I've imported my MX swf as a sprite. The problem is, with the MX swf, a
button with a simple on ( release)
action doesn't work anymore on my touch screen. It need to be double clicked
to work, whereas, if it wasn't
imported into director, and just run as a FLASH windows projector, then it
would work fine with a single mouse click.

    anyone, any ideas?

    Thanks
    Richard

I have exactly the same problem here!
It looks like that director first have to find the position of the cursor before it can be used...

I hope some people can help me also with this problem!

    Thanx!

how do u mean? I can use an Xtra, that positions or locates the cursor if it
    helps.

The only way I can round it is to use the on(rollover) instead of
on(release) with Flash. But, this isn't really
satisfacory as if you can't press the button twice in a row without first
    clicking elsewhere, and then re-clicking
    the button.

This is a nightmare for me! Let me know if you come up with anything!

I use a touchscreen also, so rollover isnŽt the right way to fix this problem.
    and clicking twice also.

IŽll post it if I find the problem, or solved the propblem :) but I hope this problem is fixed with Director MX 2004.
