Flash page added in microasoft publisher

Hello I tried to add a flash intro to my web page and it would not let me,
I named the flash page ingex.htm and I renamed my first webpage index1.htm
but I still could not see my website after upload can you tell me how to
sucessfully add flash intro to my webpage I was using microsoft publisher
2003

If the Flash file is named index.htm then it becomes the home page. Did you
fail to hyperlink from that home page to the next web page, index1.htm ?
