I have a problem with flash player if anyone has an idea what could be wrong.

The problem is that recently while watching movies in it, they will all stop
loading after some time. This happens on all kind of pages and in every
browsers. It's not only annoying but also impossible to watch anything.
I'm using windows xp and have uninstalled and updated my flash player to most
recent version (9,0,45,0). When i try with a web test, flash player area is
blank and if i right click i get a message Movie not loaded...
