Background:
My OS is Win XP Pro SP2 - Japanese version. I am working in a Japanese company
and it came preinstalled with my new PC. The thing is that I can barely read
this language, so it's not a very pleasant experience not having an English OS.
But that's the situation and I cannot change it.

What I thought I can have is an English version of Flash Player 9.
Well, after installing the English version of FP9 (actually this is a problem
with *all* versions of Flash Player) I am getting all the
error/warning/notification messages in Japanese. After some digging I
discovered that even the English version of FP has embedded all the UI strings
both in English and in Japanese. And, because it detects my OS as being
Japanese, it spits all the messages in the default language of the OS. Which
makes it *very* difficult to use. Especially for debugging/development.

Isn't there any switch (ini file, registry edit, something) by which I can
tell it to use English, instead of the OS default language?

Thanks in advance,
Alex
