Flash plugin proxy settings inherited from browser?

I've been trying to get a SimpleConnect to work through a firewall for
some time. I'm trying to connect to a FCS application.

I've tried using both regular RTMP and RTMPT, and all communications are
being blocked. And the reason communication is being blocked is because
NO direct communication is allowed from the inside of the firewall to
the outside (where the FCS server is located). Only traffic channeled
through the proxy server is allowed. And this is only a HTTP proxy, no
SOCKS4 or SOCKS5 is set up.

It seems to me like the browsers proxy settings isn't inherited in the
flash client application, and then the client is unable to communicate
with the server, because it doesn't now HOW to communicate with FCS.

This is the question:

How do I set proxy settings in the client flash application, or how can
I get it to inherit settings from the browser?
