Flash showing as red x gif - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

:embarrassment;I really apologize if this is the most basic of basic, but I am using dreamweaver cs3 with a frameset. Default Flash showing as red x gif

:embarrassment;I really apologize if this is the most basic of basic, but I am
using dreamweaver cs3 with a frameset. Logging on from my computer at home
allows me to view the page and the flash menu without issue, our laptop via
wireless connection also displays things correctly so problems do not have to
do with having needed files locally stored. When I am at work, where the flash
menu bar is supposed to e in the top frame of a frameset, there is simply an
outline of the position of where the swf embedded in the html page would go,
but a gif with a red x is posted in the upper left hand corner as if a broken
link to an image is present. What I see as the really wierd part is that if I
get to the directory online and click the swf file, the menu bar is displayed
with no problem which makes me think it is not a flashplayer version problem
but something else. I am a photographer and complete novice in use of these
programs so please be gentle. Any ideas
    though?http://www.sparklingmoments.com/2008finalweb/templ.html

Because you have used a Flash menu, your site will not be spiderable, and
thus cannot appear in Google searches, or any other search engine searches.
    That's OK with you?

For now, yes (oddly enough). Our site is a showcase to our local customers
only. Any ideas of the flash visibility problem, or can anyone see the menu in
their browser. Thank you for any help and thank you for looking Marray..
