Flash Transparant backgrounds - Macromedia Flash

Is there any way to get macromedia flash backgrounds to be transparnet in Powerpoint. Under properties I have the bacground color set to -1 and wmode set to transparent but it still comes up white. GRRRRHH...

    Is there any way to get macromedia flash backgrounds to be transparnet
    in Powerpoint. Under properties I have the bacground color set to -1
    and wmode set to transparent but it still comes up white. GRRRRHH

    That only works in Internet Explorer on PCs. PowerPoint format does not support
    transparency.

    I haven't mixed Flash and Powerpoint yet because I'm still a newbie
    myself but I'll take a guess.
    I believe you need to change the alpha in your background layer in
    order to have transparent. I think you would also have to have
    whatever graphics you want to show up in another layer then your
    background.

    I tried it myself and it didn't work either! Funny they provide an
    option which doesn't work...
