Looking for help as to why. Do I need to change some IE setting or do

Flash anywhere in my PC despite the successful download is particularly
puzzling.

Can you see the version number on this detection page?
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
We have seen other reports regarding this specific site.
Darren,
I can see the version # as 9,0,115,0. It says its installed.
Also, its not just Webkinz, I got the same message from the website of a local
company (A123 Systems.com) which doesn't run correctly for me.
Interestingly, Wedkinz runs OK with Netscape Navigator (my default)but A123's
website prompts me to install Flash 9.
Hi trey3man,
If you can see the version 9.0.115.0 from this site:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
Flash Player is installed and working.
I would check to see that your IE settings are appropriately set to play this
specific site.
Darren,
Thanks for your help. I know you don't support IE or NN but I'm sure you have
extensive knowledge of each particularly related to their interaction with
Flash. Offhand, can you think of anything obvious that might be causing my
problem?
Thanks again.
