I have recently installed, but not used the contribute program. Unfortunately
it conflicts with Endnote in Microsoft word 2003. I can not figure out how to
turn off the loaded template which needs to be removed from the Templates and
Add-ins.
Tools/ Templates and Add-ins and Templates tab shows the file:
FlashPaperWordUITemplate.2283.dot

This file resides:
C:\Documents and Settings\Mvestel\Local Settings\Application
Data\Macromedia\Macromedia FlashPaper\OfficeTemplates

I can not simply remove this file as it just gets readded when I restart word.
What should I do?

Does it help if you deselect in Microsoft Word the Flashpaper add-in:

Tools / Templates and Add-Ins /
