Flashpaper only install?
Hi
I have just purchased CS3 web studio/suite and I also already own Macromedia
studio 8.
I do like having Adobe Acrobat and all the advanced features, but I really do
not need them! I do a lot of saving from websites as PDF's by printing and
using FlashPaper.
I noticed that using Adobe Acrobat as the printer takes a lot longer than it
used to take me to do it as a Flash paper print job....
As this machine is dedicated for website and design work, as there is a new
version, I install everything from scratch rather than just doing upgrade...
would a upgrade keep it?
Anyway, I notcied from the Adobe website that Flashpaper is still at version
2, and I was wondering if there is anyway of just installing this from
Contribute? I dont think they are related as you can uninstall contribute and
keep flash paper, but in studio 8, you have to install it from Contribute.
I really do not want... or will pay to get flash paper, and this is not
critical as I can use Adobe Acrobat to do it, however as I did buy it, and it
is better for what I need... I would really like to use it, so if anyone can
help me, please do!

Re: Flashpaper only install?
There isn't a separate installer for Flashpaper in the Studio 8 package, so
what you might want to do is install Contribute via the file
Macromedia_Contribute_3.11.msi, found in the FSCOMMAND folder of the first
disk. After that you should be able to remove Contribute and keep FlashPaper 2,
since it is listed as its own app in Add/Remove Programs. This worked for me.
