Flashpaper stops working (Contribute 3)
We have several Contribute 3 users who use Flashpaper to create PDFs. They all
work great except for one user. Every few weeks, her Flashpaper just stops
working. She tries to create a PDF and her PC locks up. Sometimes rebooting
the PC will get Flashpaper to work again, but if that doesn't work, I have to
re-install Contribute/Flashpaper. Then Flashpaper works fine for a few weeks
and then the same thing happens. Do you have any ideas about what could be
causing this or have suggestions about what to check?
