Flex Builder 3 and Root Folder

Under Flex|Properties, I've the following setup:

Root Folder: C:\ColdFusion8\wwwroot (That's on my computer.)
Root URL: [url]http://localhost:8500/[/url]

I'd like to point the root folder to JRun4 on the server. Which JRun4
subdirectory do I point to?
Someone suggested to point it to the application root folder, but it didnt
work.

I'd appreciate any pointers.
