Flex: How do I make tick marks on a chart alwaysvisible?
How can I make tick marks (the little circles you hover over to get a
tooltip/dataTip) always visible in my chart? I'd like to have them visible so
users don't have to scan the entire line with their mouse in orde to find the
data points.
