Flex Product Page uses YUI, why?
My team and I are looking at redesigning our enterprise application and we
really like what Flex has to offer, but one question came up that has me
puzzled. Why does Adobe's Flex Product page use Yahoo UI (YUI) and not
Flex?:confused;

Re: Flex Product Page uses YUI, why?
YUI and flex are not same, and are for two different purposes.
YUI is good for html webpage that wants to leverage search indexing capabilities.

Sorry, I clicked on Community on the Flex page and then selected Developers.

IMO there's a distinction between "Web Pages" (html etc.) and "Web Applications" (Flex).. it can be fuzzy at times but usually it's fairly clear what the appropriate technology is.
