Hi, i have multiple Flex3 projects in Flex3 builder that i need to compile
often, anyone knows how to do this from a script (bat, console), i need to have
the same result as Project->Export Release Build.

You should look for Ant tasks for Flex Builder. Haven't used myself, but thats how it is automated. You can even do conditional compilation.
