Default Flightcheck Studio on offer for $49 or $99 (see my post)

Just got this email a few minutes ato. Wondering if this is worth the price or if I even need it. Any opinions?:

<<FlightCheck Studio is now available for a very limited time for only $49.

Do you know the difference between RGB and CMYK?
Are you designing in QuarkXPress or Adobe InDesign?
Are you preparing PDF files for print?

Oftentimes, when designers leave it up to other people like printers and service bureaus to FIX files for print, there could be unintended consequences, such as text reflow - and worse.

As the designer, you know how the document was created. Are you comfortable leaving your masterpiece to someone else to FIX?

FLIGHTCHECK STUDIO tracks printing errors then AUTOMATICALLY FIXES THEM - with a single click!

Markzware's FlightCheck Studio is the essential desktop tool for anyone creating content, providing assurance that once the file has been completed, it is "true" and will print properly.

Give FlightCheck Studio a try, today for a very limited time - at the special price of only $99.

That's why I only give out PDFs and specific instructions that if the file is wrong in some way contact me and I will fix it. My initial thought is this is for some nube right out of design school with no real world or print house experience. I find that IDs preflight and Acrobats preflight should be enough to make sure the file is correct.

But if you have an extra $49 or $99 or $149 let us know how good it is Richard.

I was thinking of recommending it to two schools that went out and purchased ID so they can "save" money. I'm still getting tons of 72 dpi RGB crap or lo-res PDFs for press. They've been bitching that I'm "ripping them off" by charging $50 to preflight and correct their files and/or to notify them that their files are unusable.

Both of these are yuppie schools: $17K for elementary and HS tuition. That's more than my entire college education cost in late 70s.
