Floating Panel
I am writing a help doc that appears in a floating panel. Which is all well and
good but in CS3 it is italicized and greyed out. What gives? In CS4 it is fine
and I don't know what I am missing here.
Also do anchor links not work for floating panels? I seem to be somewhat
limited on what I can do html wise.
