    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.macromedia.com/2003/mxml"
    scroll="initApp(event.target)">

    <mx:Script>
    <![CDATA[

    import mx.controls.Alert;
    import mx.effects.Move;

    private function initApp(event)
    {
    var e1 = new mx.effects.Move(comments);
    e1.yTo = event.vPosition;
    e1.duration = 1000;
    e1.playEffect();
    }

    ]]>
    </mx:Script>

    <mx:HBox width="100%" height="2000" id="mainApp" >

    <mx:Panel width="70%" height="2000" title="Main Content Window"
