FLV not playing in html page with flash player 8???

Hello...!

Ok, this has got me and some friends completely baffled, so if anyone can help
- you're sure to be a certified genius! Here's the story so far...

I have an fla that has an flv holder in one frame of the movie. The flv holder
has an absolute path to the flv source. I publish this to an swf, open it on my
local pc and it plays - yay!

Now, embedding this swf into an html page and opening it is a different story
- it doesn't work!

I have tried this on Mozilla - it works! So it seems it's just an issue with
IE - I'm on 6.0 - but I cannot for the life of me realise why it isn't
working...

Can anyone help or has anyone had the same issue?
